Step By Step Mode
Making the tea

  1. Heat water in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low.
  3. Add ginger and lemongrass leaves to it and let it simmer for 2-3 min.
  4. Add tea leaves and sugar and again simmer for a min.
  5. Now increase the heat to medium-high.

Lemongrass  -  2 tbsp
Tea - Classic  -  2 tbsp
Sugar  -  2 tbsp
Adding milk and serving

  1. Add milk and let the tea cook for another min.
  2. Stir frequently to prevent it from spilling over.
  3. Strain using a tea strainer into 2 serving cups and serve immediatly.
  4. Serve with some evening snacks or biscuits.
