Step By Step Mode
Prepare Potato & Tofu

  1. Peel and grate the potato.
  2. Mash the firm tofu in a bowl. (Press the tofu if necessary to remove excess water.)
  3. Add the grated potato, brown rice flour, diced carrot, chopped green onion, and minced garlic to the mashed tofu.
  4. Season with salt and chili flakes.
  5. Add breadcrumbs and mix well.
  6. Place the patties mixture in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to help it hold together better.

Carrot  -  1 nos
Onion  -  2 tbsp
Garlic  -  2 nos
Red Chilli Flakes  -  0.25 tbsp
Bread Crumbs  -  1 cup
Salt  -  0.5 tbsp
Make the Dressing & Coat Tofu mixture

  1. In a blender, add parsley, lemon juice, vegan mayonnaise, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Form the tofu mixture about ½ inch thick.
  4. Coat the patties with additional breadcrumbs or chickpea crumbs.
