Preparing

  1. Take the mushrooms and rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
  3. Chop the onions finely.

Sauteing onions and mushroom

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds to the oil and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add chopped onions and mushrooms to the pan.
  5. Sprinkle some salt and sauté until the mixture is cooked well.
  6. Add freshly chopped coriander and mix well.
  7. Once the mixture is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.

  2. Mix well to form a smooth batter, not too thin.

Preparing masala

  1. Heat some mustard oil in a pan.
  2. Add turmeric and green chili, and sauté briefly.
  3. Add cheese and cashew paste, cardamom powder, garam masala, chaat masala, black salt, regular salt, and cumin powder.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and cooking cream.
  6. Sprinkle some kasuri methi and mix thoroughly.
  7. Add ginger-garlic paste and combine well.
