Sauteing onions and mushroom
- Heat a little oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds to the oil and let them splutter.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add chopped onions and mushrooms to the pan.
- Sprinkle some salt and sauté until the mixture is cooked well.
- Add freshly chopped coriander and mix well.
- Once the mixture is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.
