Soya Spinach Rice is a vibrant, nutrient-packed dish that brings together the earthiness of spinach, the heartiness of soya chunks, and the fragrant aroma of basmati rice. Each grain of rice is infused with the rich flavors of ginger, garlic, and a hint of spice, while the tender soya chunks add a satisfying chewiness. The spinach lends a beautiful green hue, making the dish not only delicious but also visually appealing. A dash of lemon juice at the end brings a refreshing zing, perfectly balancing the savory notes. Ideal for a wholesome lunch or dinner, this dish is as nourishing as it is delightful.
